Welcome to sweet e’s darling desserts, a chic little cake and pastry boutique tucked away in a little corner of Vancouver’s Kerrisdale neighbourhood. Wander in and you’ll find a playful spirit and a modern sensibility that blend seamlessly with old school artisanship and quality ingredients.
Sisters, Eleanor, Theresa, and Kathleen Tsang grew up on the West Coast. Naturally, they developed a style which borrows from North American, European, and Asian traditions alike. They concentrate on clean, bright flavours with an emphasis on freshness and texture. The presentation is simple but distinct – elegant lines and organic shapes, nothing too contrived, and always a sense of fun and whimsy.
